By sending the application for acceptance, interested doctoral candidates provide various information to the faculties. This is done using the digital application in HISinOne, the DOC502.

One mandatory requirement is to provide the name of the supervisor, ideally the first supervisor.

However, those interested in a doctorate can only select those supervisors who are authorized by the faculty and recorded in HISinOne.

The faculties are responsible for updating the supervisors registered in HISinOne.

The list of supervisors maintained in HISinOne is managed by people assigned with the role of people management of the respective faculty. New/Additional supervisors are ideally submitted and listed to the people managers, and retiring or emeritus professors are taken off the list of supervisors.
