German Version: Loginprobleme?

If you have problems logging in to [https://campus.uni-freiburg.de|Campus-Management-System HISinOne]] or Campus-Management-System LSF there are several possible solutions.

Applicants

If as an applicant you aren´t able to sign into the Campus-Management-System HISinOne, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You haven´t activated your application account. Find tips regarding the activation here.
  2. There has been a mistake regarding the user name. Normally the user name for applicants in HISinOne follow the pattern firstname.surname. If this combination has been given to somebody else before, the system counts upwards: firstname.surname1, firstname.surname2 etc. – Please note: If you entered multiple first names during registration, the account will be generated with all of them, for example “Rainer Maria Rilke” would be rainermaria.rilke.
  3. If you´ve forgotten your password, you can reset it with the help of your email address. Instructions can be found here.
