How to recognise a returned application?
Log in to HISinOne. You will see a bell symbol at the top right. If this is marked with a red exclamation mark, there is a new message in the info box:
If you click on the bell and see the following message, the status of your doctoral application has changed:
Revise application
Open the menu item Service → Requests → Doctorate. You will now see all the doctoral applications you have submitted. The application to be revised is marked with an orange-coloured button ‘Revise Request’:
Click on the button to open the doctoral application. You will find a status comment at the top of the page in which your doctoral office describes what needs to be revised in the application. Please note any additional notifications from the doctoral office by email.
Korrigeren Sie, wie gewünscht, Ihre Angaben oder laden Sie weitere Dokumente hoch. Am Ende besteht die Möglichkeit den Antrag zwischenzuspeichern und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu bearbeiten. Wenn Sie mit der Überarbeitung fertig sind, setzen Sie bitte den Haken zur Bestätigung der Richtigkeit Ihrer Angaben und geben Sie den Antrag ab.
