How to re-upload a document in your application after submission

By the applicant him/herself

Before the deadline expires you have the option to „cancel and edit request“.



After cancelling, click through to the relevant page and edit as required. Then remove a document which has been previously uploaded click the Trash symbol.



Then, upload the new document and afterwards click through to the end of the form.



Don't forget to re-submit your application before the deadline!



Once the deadline has passed changes to the application are no longer possible

By the application manager

Once the application has been set to „in process“ by the application manager, the applicant is not able to make any more changes.



Applicants should check with their application manager directly, if there are other options to submit documents at this point.
