Application for admission as a doctoral candidate - address registration for Docata

Information: For data protection reasons, private contact info of employees is not imported automatically to HISinOne from the personnel management systems. Therefore, employees that wish to apply for a doctoral candidate position must complete their information in HISinOne. Docata then imports the contact info from HISinOne. By doing this, the data only has to be managed in one place.

To edit your contact info, please follow these steps:

1. Under the tab „User information“ you will find the link „View own personal data“. Please click on this.
2. Choose the tab „Contactdata“
3. Click on „add application“
   
   
   
   
4. Select „(3-K) Promotion Korrespondenz“ from the drop down list.
   
   
   
   
5. Edit your contact info by clicking on the editing-pen.
   
   
   
   
6. After that please contact the Campus Management Department via e-mail cmp@rz.uni-freiburg.de: address registration so the changes can be synchronised with Docata.
