Application for admission as a doctoral candidate - address registration for Docata
Contact data is maintained exclusively via HISinone. Docata then imports the contact info from HISinOne. By doing this, the data only has to be managed in one place.

- Adressänderung in HISinOne gemäß Anleitung
- Nach erfolgter Änderung senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail an cmp@rz.uni-freiburg.de: Adressänderung, damit ihre Adresse zeitnah nach Docata synchronisiert werden kann.
Vorgehen für Bewerber*innen sowie Mitarbeiter*innen
Information: Aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen werden die privaten Kontaktdaten von Mitarbeiter/innen nicht automatisiert aus den Personalverwaltungssystemen nach HISinOne übernommen. Aus diesem Grund müssen Mitarbeiter/innen, die einen Antrag auf Annahme als Doktorand/in stellen möchten, diese Daten in HISinOne ergänzen.
Um Ihre Kontaktdaten zu ändern, führen Sie bitte folgende Schritte durch:
Information: For data protection reasons, private contact info of employees is not imported automatically to HISinOne from the personnel management systems. Therefore, employees that wish to apply for a doctoral candidate position must complete their information in HISinOne.
To edit your contact info, please follow these steps:
- 'User information' → 'View own personal data'
- Choose the tab 'Contactdata'
- Edit '(3-K) Promotion - Korrespondenz' by clicking the pencil icon
- Edit an existing adress (1) or 'Add Postadress' (2)
- Edit your contact data (1) and 'Save' (2).
- After that please contact the Campus Management Department via e-mail cmp@rz.uni-freiburg.de: address registration so the changes can be synchronised with Docata.*
