Setting Up a Migration Message in CommuniGate Webmail

With CommuniGate Webmail, you can set up a migration message to inform senders that you are now reachable at a new email address.

• Go to https://mail.uni-freiburg.de
• Log in with your full email address and password

1. Navigate to Mail Control in the menu
2. Compose your migration message (e.g., including your new email address)
3. Enable the message
4. Leave the end date field blank. The message will automatically be disabled once the email account is deactivated
5. Save your settings
