The digital absence management system can be accessed at:

https://qissva.zv.uni-freiburg.de

Log in using your LDAP user ID and the associated password.



In the “employee” role (visible at the top centre), you can request and manage your own vacation days.
To request vacation, select “Absences” from the sidebar on the left.



You will see an overview of your working days
(for the 5-day work week (Monday – Friday) depicted here, Saturday and Sunday are greyed out),



your vacation entitlement,



vacation days requested and not yet approved,
(indicated by hatching)



as well as vacation days approved and the current balance of your vacation days.
