When application related documents are provided in the application portal HISinOne you will get an e-mail notification (if the e-mail notification function is active).
Your applications and documents will be automatically deleted after the end of an application process. Please save the documents on your local system if you need them for a longer period.
- After you log in, you'll find your documents in the top-right corner of the inbox. If you hover your mouse over the inbox, you'll see whether there are any new documents:
- An overlay will then open, in which any new documents may be available for download:
- Even if there are no new documents available, you can still click on the “Postbox” to view the documents you have already received via “All reports and certificates for applications”:
